You may exchange any full-price item within 72 hours of delivery

To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging

In-Store Purchases and deliveries within Nairobi

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please bring your receipt and the item in its original condition (tags attached, unworn)

How to Exchange

1. Online: Contact our customer support team via email or live chat with your order number and desired exchange item. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions

2. In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to any Tinnsrack location. Our team will assist you with the exchange on the spot
